CCID’s Institute of Radio Management (Future Industries Research Center) works in three areas: radio management consulting, ICT application consulting and future industries research consulting. The institute focuses on key national strategic areas such as advanced communications, AI, satellite Internet and digital economy, and it conducts research the key trends, paths and supporting policies for the development of future industries.
Han Jian, an MBA and a member of the Communist Party of China, currently serves as the Director and Secretary of the Party Branch of theInstitute of Radio Management. He has long been engaged in information industry policy consulting and planning research, with in-depth research on software industry management, software industry policies, information security, big data, IT application innovation, and new generation ICT.
Peng Jian, gaining his Ph.D. in Engineering from Communication and Information System, Beijing Jiaotong University, is an associate researcher and currently serves as the Deputy Director of CCID’s Institute of Radio Management. He is also a member of Radio Application and Management Committee of China Institute of Communications. Dr. Peng is mainly engaged in research on radio spectrum resource management, policies and regulations of cyberspace administration and ICT industry. And he has developed a profound understanding of ICT, such as 5G, IoT, cloud computing, big data and AI, and related industries, capable of grasping the trends properly.
