TheInstitute of Small and Medium-sized Enterprisesconsists of the following divisions: Policy Planning and Enterprise Innovation Research Division, Enterprise Financing and Industrial Layout Research Division, and Private Economy and International Cooperation Research Division. The Institute is committed to providing strategic, scientific and high-level research and consulting services for government departments and enterprises, and contributing to the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Dr. Yang Dongri is a senior engineer and serves as the Director ofthe Institute of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He is also a distinguished member of China Computer Federation (CCF), member ofCCF Big Data Expert Committee, member of National Science and Technology Expert Database of the Ministry of Science and Technology, member ofExpert Think Tank for Smart Park Construction of China Association of Development Zones, and member of BRI International Think Tank of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS).
Long Fei is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He has gained a Ph.D. in Economics from Beijing Normal University and is a Postdoctoral Fellow of School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He is mainly engaged in research on SME policy and planning, digital transformation and IT application, macroeconomic theory and practice, etc.
