On May 24th, the BRICS Forum on High-Quality Digital Economy Development Driven by Industrial Internet successfully in Xiamen. This forum is hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Fujian Provincial People’s Government and Xiamen Municipal People’s Government, jointly organized by China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID), Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, China Industrial Software Promotion Association and Jiangsu Asun Industrial Internet Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Xiamen Software Industry Association, Fuzhou Software Industry Association, Fujian Information Administration Network and Fujian Industrial Software Industry Alliance.

With the theme of “Grasp the Development Opportunities of Industrial Internet and Drive High-quality Digital Economy Development”, this Forum is among the series of activities of the BRICS Forum on Development of Industrial Internet and Digital Manufacturing. It aims to deepen the technical exchange, industrial cooperation and supply-demand matching in the fields of industrial Internet and digital economy among BRICS countries, and to promote the popularization and application of industrial Internet technologies in industrial transformation and upgrading. Besides, the Forum also aims to explore new pathways for driving high-quality development of digital economy with Industrial Internet, and build sound ecological system for the development of industrial Internet and digital economy.
