On July 30, Kevin Dehoff, Global Chief Strategy Officer of Honeywell, visited CCID. Both sides exchanged views upon new quality productivity, green industrial development and intelligent development. President Zhang Li and Vice President Zhang Xiaoyan attended the meeting.

President Zhang Li warmly welcomed Honeywell's visit, pointing out that Honeywell had been deeply involved in China's industrial development for years and has carried out good cooperation with the Chinese side. The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had released clear signals to the world to further deepen reforms and open up to the outside world at a high level, providing new opportunities for foreign companies to expand their cooperation with China. As a well-known think tank in the field of industry and information technology with rich policy research and industry experience, CCID looked forward to carrying out regular exchanges with Honeywell, conducting joint research  and project cooperation, actively exploring joint research on relevant topics. CCID was willing to help Honeywell get deeply involved in China's new industrialization, so as to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win development.

Kevin DeHoof said that Honeywell's core business and strategic planning could satisfy China's market demand and development trend, and the company shows optimism about the opportunities brought by China's green and intelligent development process. Honeywell has been strengthening its innovation in recent years in the various fields covering energy management solutions, high-performance energy-saving and environmental protection products. Honeywell looked forward to cooperating with the CCID in green and smart development and the relevant typical application scenarios through diversified forms of exchanges. Honeywell was willing to contribute to China's high-quality development through building up new quality productivity with the local technological innovation.
