On July 9, 2024, Dr. Hou Xue, the GDI-PartNIR Network Representative visited Taihe Think Tank and had in-depth exchanges with  Vice President Wang Xiaobo, Secretary General Ma Yuntao, and Vice Secretary General Edi on the establishment of GDI-PartNIR and other cooperation.
