Sino-Russian Research Center for Digital Economy was jointly established by the Xiamen Municipal People's Government, Xiamen University and Lomonosov Moscow State University under the framework of the BRICS New Industrial Revolution Partnership, which has multiple attributes such as new R&D institution, university think tank, innovation incubator and talent workstation.The center aims to embrace strengths between both countries on digital economy, and build a frontier interdisciplinary research position, a top think tank for emerging strategic industries, a service platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and a cooperation channel for international talents.
