China-Israel Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CICEI) is founded by Jilin University, inaugurated by Israeli ambassador to China Mr. Matan Vilnai and the President of Jilin University Prof. Li Yuanyuan on the opening ceremony of the second Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation Conference (GEIC) on May 29, 2015. The founding of the center is supported not only by some Chinese departments such as National Development and Reform Commission, Jilin Provincial Science & Technology Department, but also by some institutes and department from Israel, such as the Embassy of Israel in China and so on.
