Founded in March 2016, Zhongguancun the Belt and Road Industrial Promotion Association (ZBRA, hereinafter referred to as ZBRA) is a national legal person organization approved by the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, registered with the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau in accordance with the law, and covering industry, government policies, academia and research. It has set up the "Belt and Road Industry Research Institute", and industry working groups on culture and tourism, finance, health, safety risk emergency management, information and communication, digital economy, and also female experts working group. Cooperative offices are in North America, Europe, ASEAN, Central and West Asia, Africa, South America and other countries and regions.With the "Cirrus Program (International Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program)" as the starting point, ZBRA will build an international ecological cooperation network through the selection and training of international talents, empowering the industry and serving Chinese science and technology enterprises to extend and develop with high quality like vines in countries along the "Belt and Road".
